For those of you without a fax, I live in Canada and order all my
certificates by email on my Credit card.
put QR in subject line

I give them the same info as below however I asked them to keep my Credit
card number on file. That way I only had to send it once. When I order the
next time I refer to their Ref Number that you get when the certificates
arrive. I've used this many times and I have the certificates in about 2
weeks.
