Well I have embarked on a new adventure signing up to do a Diploma in local
history!

One of the books on the book list is The History of the Hundred of Wirral by
W.W. Mortimer.

Does anyone have an idea as to where I can purchase this? It appears to be
out of print and some old book stores are selling it at a very high price.
