I've looked on Cheshire BMD http://cheshirebmd.org.uk and can't see a
Martha Annie PATTISON - but there's an entry for Martha Annie OWEN,
sub-district Dukinfield, 1878.

If you click on the reference number on the website you can print out a form
to send off for the certificate.
