I'm not quite sure what kind of look-up you want. You can buy a copy of
the marriage certificate from the GRO or, as you know the date and
church, you could order from Liverpool Register Office.

BTW, Liverpool isn't in Cheshire. For genealogical purposes it is in
Lancashire, but it has its own mailing Rootsweb mailing list.
