Subject: [CHS] Looking for Thomas Walmsley b. abt 1839

Hi all

I'm new to all this, my name is Jacqui and I'm from Australia.

I need some help trying to locate Thomas Walmsley (b abt 1839 - Hinds,
Hetton) the only information on him was from the 1861 Census

It states that he was a Lodger at 32 St James Street, Heywood, Heap.
Along with his wife Ann and children Alexander S and Ann.

I have traced Ann Walmsley (wife) all the way to 1901 - she is my 2nd Great
Grandmother but Thomas only appears on the 1861 Census and Ann doesn't
become a widow until the 1901 Census - where they lived in 7 Bond Street in
Bury.

I know that this is my correct ancestors as my grandmother also lived at
this address until she emigrated to Aust in 1959.

Any information and assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance
Jacqui
