Hi,
As you may have seen in my previous post I am researching my CARYL(E) family
tree
I am trying to track down and references to John CARYL(E) between the years
1814 (when he was in London) and
1841 (by which time he is dead and the family is in Liverpool)
He's in Latchford (or Leftwich), Cheshire in 1816
He's in Warrington, Cheshire 1820-28 (working as a shopkeeper or clerk from
info on his kids christenings)
He is described as a Glass Dealer on his kids marriage certificates
So could anybody with access to Cheshire directories (1814-41) have a look
for him please
(I've tried the Leicester University site with no luck)
thanks
Anthony Caryl (Great x4 grandson of John)
