David, I found this site fascinating as I had never heard of Poundswick and
it is not in my gazeteer. www.Poundswick.org.uk
It states that Moss House became Etrop Grange. The hamlet of Poundswick
has been subsumed by Wythenshawe. There are some interesting photographs of
farms and the sad story of Poundswick Grammar School which is now called
