Hello to all

I thought I would register on this list hoping someone may able to help


I am looking for my G G Grandfather Samuel Randles who I think died in
Wrexham Workhouse aged 69 in 1879. (if this is him) He is classed as a Shoemaker
on my g g grans marriage cert and this fits in with the workhouse.

If this is he he had a daughter called Jane Randles my g g gran who married
Thomas Shaw in 1863 at the Registry office in Wrexham

Jane Randles was born in Gresford Denbighshire circa 1837 - I know there are
quite a few Randles in Denbighshire but I would love to hear if there is
anyone researching these names.

On the other side my G G Grandfather Thomas Shaw had a mother called Mary
Davies who married Charles Shaw and lived in the area.

I know its a long shot but hears hoping.

Any help would be appreciated.
