The property is still listed on the Flintshire County Council council tax database so I guess it is still there.

In 1999 it was listed as Band A.

In 2000 council tax was charged on a caravan at this address which would suggest work in progress of some kind.

In 2005 it rateable band was Band C presumably lots of improvements have been done since 1999.
