I am pretty certain it is Jno. Notice that the 'E' of Esther below
comes into the 'o' of Jno which tends to confuse it a bit.
If you look at some of the other pages nearby you will see that the
enumerator liked to use abbreviations (or just initials) for forenames.
There is another good example of Jno on Page 58.
