It was the part where it was all the Cheshire registers, you clicked on it and you had a list of all the parishes. This meant you could search the actual registers as they were not indexed. The registers available now are the indexed ones and don't include the registers in the other link. Hope this makes sense. I was making great progress with Macclesfield and now they have gone, I can't believe it. I'm sitting here staring at my computer, stunned.

I don't know what you mean about it being gone. I just re-checked and
it's definitely still there. This is an ongoing site and although at
present a pilot will be a permanent feature. The LDS church are
constantly adding to it and have a plan to complete all of Cheshire by
the end of this year. Depending on how many records the voluntary
transcribers (both church members and not) get through.
