Hello Marleen

I use Firefox all the time with Ancestry and virtually all other sites.
Many months ago I used to get some problems with Ancestry but they just
went away. Make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox, mine
is v3.0.5. I thought it was an update to Firefox which solved the
problem but that was only a guess.
