Whilst this may be a way to go forward would it not be far simpler to just send for the birth certificate

Hi,

I am trying to help a friend who would like to know who her grandparents were. I

think I need to find them on the 1911 census in order to be convinced that I

have found the correct people - so, please could some kind person with access to

the 1911 check it for me.

I am hoping to find 3 children - All surname ROBERTS - Lilian or Lillian May

born c1896 Birkenhead, Leonard possible born after 1901 in Birkenhead and

Winifred possibly born after 1901 in Birkenhead. Their parents may be Edward &

Catherine ROBERTS.



I have found a Lilian M ROBERTS aged 5 on the 1901 census and that's where I

found the names of the parents - but Winifred and Leonard aren't there - so

would like to know if they are on the 1911, born after 1901.
