Hello listers,
My name is Ann Marina Rutter it has been quite some time since my husband
John and I were subscribers of the list,
I have a friend/neighbour who will be celebrating her 81st birthday quite
soon and she is keen to find out if she was actually baptised , her mother
died when she was only 9 months of age her father when she was 3 years of
age
My friend born 4th December 1929 and lived at 5 George Street Winsford her
parents and grandparents were married/baptised at Over St Chad so I
believe it most likely she herself was also christened there.
Is there some kind soul able to access the registers to check for me?, I
used to read the micro-filmed copies of the registers at Manchester Central
library which is now closed for refurbishment/repair.
