Hi Jackie and All,

I usually remain logged in on Ancestry but had problems when using a
genealogy search engine, which I suspect was looking on Ancestry amongst
others, and then logging on to Ancestry. It told me I was logged on on
another computer and logged me out. After closing the search engine I was
able to log back on again.

I have had problems logging in. I keep getting a message advising me that I
am already logged in elsewhere and if I need to extend my license then
contact them. Its very frustrating !! It also advises me to come back in
30 minutes time !! I did eventually get logged in late yesterday
afternoon. This is not the first time I've had this problem.
