Beverly: I would suggest you take a good look at the Polish Genealogical
Society web site at www.pgsa.org
There is a lot there and you can find much about people who lived in
Chicago---Marriages, funerals, etc.
You need to search out where they lived and check out naturalization efforts
through the County or the NARA offices. Good Luck in your search. Also
check out www.nara.gov/regional/chicago.html
