Can you scan the documents and post them? Are you sure about Fook Chow Province? there is no province in China by that name. I think your grandmother's Chun surname is probably Chen in Mandarin or Chan in Cantonese. Both Lau is Cantonese, so it would be Guangdong (also written Kwong Tung) Province, my guess.
