Yes, in fact my own gr.grandparents were camped at the Miller co.
courthouse. It was the last "stopping-off-place" before crossing into IT.
If I'm not mistaken it's the same courthouse that is still in use today in
Texarkana, where my dad was born. It sits on the Arkansas side facing the
main street that runs down the middle of Texarkana which is about 60 miles
from me. Maybe we're lucky enough to have someone in the group in Texarkana
that can tell us more.
