I'm sorry....I'm not understanding what your question is. Our
Choctaw-Southeast genealogy list if the only open list I know of for those
who stayed in Mississippi, and for tracing ancestors before the removals to
Oklahoma. There is also a Choctaw-L list, for research after the removals
in Oklahoma.

Could you re-state your question, please? If it's about an appeal for
enrollment of someone who does not meet today's enrollment criteria, my
advise would be to save your time and money. There has never been anyone
admitted on appeal in 100 years. Who would you appeal to? The US
government does not set the criteria - the tribe does. What it boils down
to is, you're a member of the tribe if the tribe says you're a member.

As for the Miss. Band of Choctaws, their criteria is far more strict than
the Oklahoma Band, beginning with meeting the 1/2 or more blood quantum
requirement. There are also age requirements and other criteria.
