That helps! Maybe the difference is in the terminology. My grandfathers cousin was calling it a reservation but she probably just meant that they would go visit them in the "Choctaw Nation." I don't know...how does that work? Is the land owned by the Choctaw Nation, and how is that different than a reservation?

Oh, and does anybody know anything about the place that my grandfather would go for tribal meetings...Kullituklo? I hope I'm spelling it right. Is it near Idabel?
