Hi Betty:

That is a good question, that I am not sure I am able to answer. If anyone
else has input on this thread, please feel free to step in.

I have come across directories that listed the workers surname and given
name, yet no home address. I know that there are many directories that list
only the head of house and not necessarily all working members of household,
so that pretty much explained that for me.

However have not run across a directory that listed the workers first name
without listing their last. That is new to me....
