Hello All,

I have an ancestor, Michael FINNEGAN, who served in the Civil War.
I do not know the unit, and am not positive of the state. Two of his
children lived in Clinton & Tippecanoe Cos., IN. Finding his service
information could help greatly in researching this family. Any suggestions
on how to proceed?
