Hi Melissa,
I don't know why message boards gave me this message of yours but I wanted to reply to you and let you know my Samuel Fletcher was born in the 1800s or before as he was in Fort Covington NY one of the first farmers in that area. His wife was Maria Doud they both came from Vermont to NY and before that Scotland was his family birth place. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
