Bill: I have Johnstones, and Gordons as well as Hunters in my line. Samuel
Hunter was born c.1844 in Ireland, son of John Hunter andJane Garrett who
moved to Ayrshire .Married Mary Murray09/06/1871 in Saltcoats; died
27/06/1877. James Johnstone was born 16/01/1822, Craigcaffie, son of John
Johnstone and Sarah Hyslop. Married Helen Gordon 31/11/1861, Whithorn,
Wigtownshire. Do any of these interest you? Sandra
