Would like to take an online vote whether to block outsiders from writing to
this list to stop a few of the spam mail that gets through. They are now
blocked, but I've received some complaints so whatever you say goes:

Just vote "YES" to allow outsiders to write to the list (we are getting about
2 per week)...

Just vote "NO" to block outside messages, and which will save yourself from
deleting a couple more spams each week.

Votes taken through Thursday October 15th ONLY will be counted and then the
settings will be final.

Send vote to: (sorry but no response other than tallying
your YES or NO vote will be forthcoming).
