Whatever happened to Champaign Co? Is it still a part of this list?
Logically
it would seem that it should be the Champaign-Clark Co List. Alphabetically
or
historically, Champaign comes before Clark. Now it looks like Champaign Co
is almost entirely overlooked. I don't understand this.
