Leslie, thanks for the information on the Walker book. For the record, other Clayton
list subscribers may be interested to know that a microfilm copy of this book is also
available at the Library of Congress. LOC materials do not circulate, but they can be
used in the Library's reading rooms. The citation for the book is: White, Emma Siggins.
"Genealogy of the Descendants of John Walker of Wigton, Scotland, with Records
of a Few Allied Families. Also War Records and Some Fragmentary Notes
Pertaining to the History of Virginia. 1600-1902." Kansas City, Mo.: Tiernan-Dart
Printing Co., 1902. 722 pp. LOC microfilm no. 35422 CS. LCCN 02-19111 r70.
