Dear Sheila,
I am also very involved in the Chadbourne Family, we are facing some major challenges because our webmaster died unexpectedly, and we are finding ourselves seriously lacking core workers for the Board.  We have been thinking of trying to handle things through an internet list (similar to what you do with the Clough-List) and convert a lot of things to webnews--presuming we can find another webmaster.
Would you tell me how you have things set up, and all?
