Hi LK, Here's the info: 1930, CO, El Paso Co, Colorado Spgs, pg 3A, ED 39,
taken April 11 & 12 by Maggie McCurdy:
Jo (that is the way it was listed) Trant, age 22, roomer, rents for $15.00,
male, white, marr at 18, , b. CO., father b. Missouri, mother b. Missouri,
truck driver for a fuel Company,;
Pauline, wife, age 22, female, white, marr. at 18, b. KS, father b. Neb.
mother b. KS, cant make out her occupation but it is in a laundry;
Betty Jo, dau. age 2, female, white, single, b. CO, father b. CO, mother b.
KS;
They are enumerated with this family:
Benjamin Goodrick, head, owns, value $5,000, age 79, male, white, marr at
35, b. IN, father b. Alabama, mother b. Ala., no occupation;
Dora Goodrick, wife of head, age 70, female, white, marr at 26, b. OH,
father b. Germ, mother b. PA, no occupation; Eleanor Powell, age 62,
female, white, widow, b. OH, father b. NY, mother b. PA, no occupation. (if
the Goodrick family is important to you, I can go back and double check
where the father was born for Benj., Dora, & Eleanor since there seems to
be a discrepancy there to make sure I didn't make a mistake). All also
spoke English, and all but little Betty Jo were able to read and write.
