Paula,

Couldn't find any Jacobs in Colorado 1900-1910 with any of your various
spellings. However, there is a Jacob Kommers born in Holland in Wisconsin in
1880, about the right age. If this might be your Jacob, you can check it out
at Familysearch.org and click on the 1880 US Census.
