Hi Rod,

I just finished a page by page search of Routt county, and I do not find
another Helm listed.
Edwin could have been in another county at the time but I do not know where
to look as it seems that none of Colorado has been indexed for 1930, so that
would mean a page by page search. Maybe if someone else has access to a
different service than Heritage Quest, they may have it indexed so it would
be easier to search for him.

Tim: Thanks for trying. I thought sure they would be there. Do you know
when the actual census was taken? Edwin was supposed to have passed away in
Steamboat Springs on August 7, 1930. Maybe he died before the census was
taken.
Elmer died there in 1964 so I thought sure he would be listed. But as you
say maybe they were "missed" or not living there for a short period.

Hi Rod,

I tried looking for your Helm's but Heritage Quest does not return any hits
in the 1930 Colorado Census.
It could be that they are not indexed for the entire state, or that they are
not in Colorado at that time. Sorry.

Looking for Census data on either of these two brothers. Edwin was born
about 1862 in Missouri; Elmer about 1884 also in Missouri. Thanks for your
