Hi Mary,

It's been a while since you posted this but it is the first time I've seen this. I am Eileen's granddaughter from her marriage to James McCabe of Denver. She died in 1990 at age 86. Her cousin was William A. Egan, her mother Anna's brother's son. William Egan was born in 1914 and died in 1984. He served 3 terms as governor and was one of the founding fathers of the state of Alaska. The library in Juneau has his name attached to it. Are you a relation? I would love to hear more about Micheal Griffin and his side of the family or more about the Egans. I have had a hard time finding out other info about the Egans and Griffins, such as where they come from in IA or Ireland. My email is .
