My grandfather, Konrad Manda, was born in Denver, Colorado in 1902. His father was also named Konrad and I have found the spelling Conrad also. I have checked the census for Arapahoe County and some surrounding counties and was not able to find any information about them. I know they were Germans from Russia and that my grandfather was their first child. I can find them in Yakima, Washington in 1930, but nothing in between. My grandfather served in the Marines in the 1920s but the military says his records were burned. I am hoping someone out there may be able to help. Thanks! Sharol Bench
