Hello,
I believe that the City and County of Denver was formed from Arapahoe County
in 1902. I believe that any address which said "Denver" after the split
would be in Denver County.
Have you looked for your HENDERSON family in the 1880 Soundex for Colorado?
They should be listed there, since they had a child under the age of 10.

County, Iowa. No record yet
They must have moved to Co. shortly after Edith's birth.
She m: RALPH BROWN in Co., abt. 1899 and had a dtr. LOLA MARGARET
BROWN b: Fountain, El Paso Co., Co. 20 Jun 1900.
Ralph killed in a bar fight over an indian girl. (no other
information on him)
Edith re-married HORACE KNAPP ROYCE 2 Jun 1904 in Denver, Denver

2 children: Myrtle b: 1906, Denver, ARAPAHOE CO., Co.
William b: 1913, Denver, DENVER CO. Co.
I am confused as to what county Denver was in WHEN. Was Denver in
Denver Co., in 1904, 1906 and 1913?
