Denver County Searching for obit notice from the main public library which
I obtained 15 years ago and lost in a move. Pauline Kamish (Kamisch) came
to Denver from Berlin, Germany with her father approximatelt 1850; was
in her 90's when she died in the early 1940's; married to a prominent Denver
man and her bio was carried in the newspaper. The libraries tell me they
can find nothing; it is listed under her married name; they found it once
so it must be carried nee Kamish. Is the 1860 census on line? Did Denver
have directories in 1850? Suggestions? Thanks.
