I am looking for any information on a Fern D? HIGGINS born December 1886 in Wisconsin and living in 2nd Precinct, Denver, Arapahoe County, Colorado in 1900 census with her mother and her sister Forest B. HIGGINS.
The mother was a widow aged 34 years old also born in Wisconsin. (she was born Nov 1865). In the census it says Mrs. Cory or Cary B. HIGGINS. They were renting a house on Broadway street. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pam
