I am a decendant of George Nickson who homesteaded in Perry Park in 1866-67. I recently found out that his sister was married to George Ratcliff. That is the reason he migrated to Colorado. From what information I have found I believe her name was Elizabeth. In the 1870 census there are
two George Ratcliff's, then Elizabeth listed first, with Mary, Perlie, and Richard, all in Douglas County. Can anyone give me anymore information about the Ratcliff family.
