My William H. Coffin had a brother named Joseph. I believe the parents were James and Lydia Coffin. William H. was married first to Cynthia Mayberry. She died in 1861, and he married Elizabeth Reeves in 1870. There were two daughters and a son from the first marriage, David, Adelaide, and Henrietta. From the second marriage, only one daughter survived childhood. Her name was Blanche and she married a William Maxcy. After William H. Coffin died in 1889, Elizabeth (Lizzie) , Blanche and William Maxcy lived together in Rockland for many years. I am interested in this family because I used to own the house they lived in and I felt a strong connection to Lizzie. She was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia about 1841. I would be delighted to get more info on any of these folks.
