I don't subscribe to any of the USGenWeb "All" lists so I don't know what is
going on with the USGenWeb election. The last note I remember seeing on
this list was "hold everything" we are having troubles with the ballots.

The "official" election URL http://elsi123.august.net/~usgenweb/ only lets
me vote on two of the three proposed amendments to the bylaws.

Question 1: Are the troubles cleared up?

Question 2: Why aren't we voting on the "States Rights" amendment?
