If he is related to Rumaldo Atencio and Maria Barbara Martinez-Valdez
originally from Guachupangue (Santa Clara, NM) then to Walsenburg area after 1860,
then I have all the family lines going way back if she is. Also I finally
broke through the most difficult of Brick Walls, Hilario Lopez spouse of Ygnacia
Gonzales, Son of Jesus Maria Lopez and Josefa Martinez of Santa Fe then
Pecos, San Miguel. I did it with a "Scortched Earth" method, I photocopied every
single Lopez, name in the 1885 Census of New Mexico and Colorado (as they had
not arrived in Colorado records till 1890's then focused on promising Lopez
families 1860-1850-1845 census's copying every single Lopez name, then through
a very obscure family it all appeared to make sense and now I have
successfully traced almost every line of my family (mostly from Microfilm that has
never been trasnscribed, loose documents, etc). I don't know what I will do
next, nothing left for me to do, I am so lost......If anyone out there has any
Lopez's , pre-1880 and are lost e-mail me, I will go through everything I have
found to help,
