I find newspaper articles that speak of Fern Hill thru 1918.Then there were some patients living in tents there. The propietor was Rev. M G Winters then.
In 1914 it seems they were living in a "big 2 story house". There was a fire then and there were 8 patients evacuated.
I doudt you will locate records from this sanatorium. It wasn't that big and records were not thought of as they are today.
The Foothills Geneaogical Society might be able to find some more. But????
