Louise,
We were in Durango and Bayfield last month doing research. Bayfield is a small place. Ask anyone how to get to the 'one'
cemetery. Someone told us that there is only one. There is a small enclosure at the entrance that houses two large maps
of the cemetery and in small lettering who is buried where.
Durango has an office with cemetery books on a table (chairs for seating while you look) and a large plat map on the wall
to find the locations. Both cemeteries are very well kept.
