TO ALL COLLINS;

All Collins to America ( most are from Henry Collins and his wife Ann, came
to America in 1635! Line continues for 300 years.

Book written by George Knapp Collins of Syracuse, New York around 1900 titled
THE COLLINS FAMILY. Book may be found at:

Book reads: On the 30th Of June 1635, Henry Collins, a young man 29 years of
age. Left London,England for America with his wife, Ann one year his senior
and 3 children and the eldest of whom as only 5 years of age, settled in
Lynn, Mass. Either on the way over or soon after their arrival in this
country, there was born to this young couple another son. making 4 children.
The 3 sons married and reared large families, and the descendants of this
pioneer have been numerous and scattered throughout the Northern States.
The 2st reunion of Collins was 19 Aug. 1899.

The book has records of the COllins. Hezekiah and Joh, two of the sons of
John and Susannah Collins of Charlestown,RI.

Henry Collins was a Starchmaker, born in England i n1606. Came over on the
SHIP
"ABIGAIL" June 30, 1635. his wife Ann was born in 1605, They brought 5
servants. Settled on Essex Street in Lynn Mass. He lived there until his
death 2/20/1687 at 81 years.
