Dear Caroll $co

I've been trying to access the Combs &co web sites lately and have
been getting the following message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~combs/index.html on this server.

Now the server I'm on was Cable and Wireless which has just been
taken over by Prodegy. If they are blocking your site for some
reason, then If I were you I would raise all kinds of Hell, which I
plan to do myself as soon as I find their Telephone No. Their front
page has a lot of junk on it but I could not find a place to
complain. They are all good at that. Even on the telephone, they
hide behind all kinds of "push this or that No." Whats happened to
good old service?
