Hi Carol, My ggrandmother was descended from James Clack, (1658) thru Sarah
"Sally" Clack who married William Maclin, their daughter, (Anna Maclin),
married Richard Cross and their daughter Sarah Sally Cross married William
Gunn, their daughter Angelina married William Scott Compton and were my
ggrandparents.
I have a bit of information on James Clack down to the Maclins. Family
folklore says that Richard Cross (the father of the above Richard Cross) was
married to a descendent of Pocohontas - no concrete proof.
