Connie, I believe that you are correct on the information coming from
"Comptonology".
"Comptonology" is a good starting point but everyone should be aware that
much of the information in it is not well documented. I've found many mistakes
on my branch. Also everyone should be careful of the family trees posted on
Ancestry.com. Ive found several listings for my ggrandfather, William Scott
Compton, that have his birthplace wrong and his marriage location and dates wrong.
