being a descendant of Layne Compton, s/o Hiram
Compton, I am willing to persuade my brother to do the
DNA test. He is game for anything. I just need to
know the process, website, and cost.

Connie, I am glad to see that you found verification
in the Boyd Co., Courthouse of Hiram's marriage to
Margaret. I never have been able to get over to the
Boyd Co., Courthouse....thanks for the info.
