Mr Case.. There is a great little Book Called
"Civil War Medicine" 1861-1865 By C. Keith Wilbur, M.D.
Publisher: The Globe Pequot Press Old Saybrook Connecticut
Also "The Bivouacs of the Dead " by Steven R Stotelmyer
Printed by Toomey Press,Baltimore Maryland
This Book deals more with treament of soldiers killed and wounded in the
Civil War. Ann Keegan
