Barb,
I just sent a request last week. I forgot to send the second page of the
form, and they sent it to me within a couple of days so I could fill it out.
I returned both pages the next day. It seemed to me that they certainly
acted quickly so far.
I hope the information I asked for comes back that fast. Maybe you
should try again.
