If I may put my two cents in regarding census enumerators, I was looking for
the Fahey family who was living on Ravenswood Avenue from around 1902 until
around 1928. I found them in the 1910 census and 1920s city directories but
could not find them in the 1920 census.
I looked block by block and could not find the address above a certain
number. I think their address was in the 7100 block and the enumerator only
went up to 6900. I know they were still there in 1928 because I spoke with
the 97 year old wife of the son. She and her husband lived at the Ravenswood
address from 1926-28.
